Schneider implements attractive lattice boxes and
individual special frames all from one source

Modern just-in-time production without lattice boxes is unthinkable. With lattice boxes a multitude of the most varying components and assembly groups are delivered from the supplier right to the assembly line.

Schneider has discovered this booming market sector more than 40 years ago when senior Horst Schneider started with the production of lattice boxes. The strong growth of the company within the last 10 years also results from the commitment to – besides standard lattice boxes - especially realize special frames, which are perfectly designed for the parts to be transported. “This is what made us grow superproportionally in the market”, Kai-Uwe Schneider says with pleasure. Meanwhile he successfully operates with 300 employees in Germany and Poland as well as subsidiaries in France and Benelux.

In order to meet the growing demand the production premises at the location Breidenbach were enlarged to 6500 sq.m with the construction of a new hall. “Here we produce special frames which, together with our plant in Poland, make 40% of our turnover.”

About half of the business Schneider makes with standard lattice boxes which are produced in Breidenbach as large batch. “Another 10% fall upon rental boxes which can be rented by our customers if required”, explains the commited head of the company.
